Career Trek Offers six programs across the province. You can apply to work for multiple programs.

'M' Program: The ‘M’ Program is designed to assist young mothers currently attending high school develop the confidence, employability skills, education, and career goals that will help to forge a better life for them and their families. This program runs Tuesday and Thursday evenings from October to April in Winnipeg.

Wonder of Work: The Wonder of Work program invites kids aged 10-and-11 to experience 80 occupations and professions at various post-secondary institutions. There are four regions for this program - Winnipeg, Westman (Brandon), Parkland (Brandon), and NorMan (The Pas).

Winnipeg region: Program runs 20 Saturday's from October to April in Winnipeg.

Westman region: Program runs for nine Saturday's from October to February in Brandon

Parkland region: Program runs for nine Saturday's from October to February in Brandon.

NorMan: Program runs for eight Saturday's from November to February in The Pas.

Seven Oaks School Division: SOSD is structured similarly to Wonder of Work, though it takes place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in Winnipeg.

There are several positions at Career Trek, please review to see which position best suites you.

Group Leader: The group leader is the person who manages a group of 15 participants throughout the programming day. This person is organized and punctual.

Instructor: The instructor spends the programming day teaching the participants a lesson that includes hands-on activities and showcasing various careers over the year. This person is confident in teaching young people.

Campus Coordinator: The campus coordinator manages all of the staff and participants at the campus. This person is comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Campus Assistant: The campus assistant is part of the campus management team with the Coordinator and ensures the programming day runs smoothly. This person is comfortable taking direction.

Photographer: This photographer captures moments at programming and uses the video and photos to create a video for graduation. Photographer must have access to photography equipment.

Childcare Staff (M Program only): Participants of this program bring their children with them to Career Trek. Childcare staff are responsible for taking care of the participants' children each program night.
