Kyle Fisher is a sales and leadership consultant with over 20 years of experience supporting teams at every stage of their development—from first-year representatives to senior leaders. He most recently served as Director of Sales and Success at Wiley Canada, where he led national sales operations, team strategy, and customer success initiatives.

Throughout his career, Kyle has worked across both frontline and executive environments, leading organizational initiatives such as territory restructuring, compensation planning, and leadership development. His approach to leadership is grounded in service, strategy, and accountability.

Kyle is currently completing his MBA at Canadian Mennonite University. He is a proud member of the Red River Métis community and has previously served on the board of the Canadian Publishing Council.

As Treasurer, Kyle plays an important role in supporting Career Trek’s financial stewardship and our mission to create opportunities for youth across Manitoba.
