Your support helps create life-changing career exploration experiences for youth across Manitoba, and builds healthy families, communities, and futures.

Career Trek graduates complete high school at higher rates than provincial averages. They complete post-secondary at higher rates than their peers, too.

  1. Participants have an 89% rate of high school completion. (Figueiredo, Career Trek Research Report, 2020)
  2. 86% of Career Trek participants have moved on to postsecondary education, in which
    • 62% enrolled directly after high school graduation, and
    • 24% took time off between high school and post-secondary education. (Figueiredo, Career Trek Research Report, 2020)
